春雾中茶树发嫩芽

The fresh green buds sprouting on the tea bushes are the most highly valued among Chinese tea connoisseurs.  Each season’s first tender leaves are hand picked, dried, and lightly heat-treated to make “Anji White Tea.”  White Tea is the most “raw” of the green tea varieties, being only dried, steamed and straightened.  These raw teas have the most anti-oxidants and also posses allow connoisseurs to enjoy the teas' subtle, clean and natural flavors.
